My recent stay at the octave church inn Hotel was a mixed experience, blending commendable service with a few notable room-related issues. The hotel's service left a lasting impression. From the moment I entered, the staff exhibited warmth and professionalism. Check-in was swift, and the concierge went above and beyond to assist with inquiries. Throughout my stay, the housekeeping staff maintained a high standard of cleanliness, and room service was prompt and efficient. The overall hospitality was a highlight of my visit.

Average and budget hotel at the place. Executive rooms are moderately spacious. Receptionist and attendants are friendly, helpful and have good behaviour. Actually this hotel needs some renovation to be looked attracting.

Good hotel with one of the best location in Bangalore. Staff behaviour is also good and helpful. Only needs some minor maintenance work to make it more comfortable for guest. Overall it's a good hotel for families and business trip.

The area which the hostel is located is great. But the hotel rooms are the worst condition I mean the worst you can’t even stay there for like 1day also. Very dirty plus insects in the room, the elevator was making sounds(very bad condition of the lift) no supervisor no nothing no shaving kit no dental kit is provided. They don’t provide breakfast even tea we have to go and buy from outside. The bathroom tabs were not even working probably they had current in it. I had the worst experience. I booked the hotel for 6days but due to the condition of the hotel I was not able to stay a single day. I don’t know how the rating of this hotel is good, waste of money I canceled my stay there and booked a different hotel.

It is my Stay once again here owing to access to Metro and commuting locations connected as planned for my trip convenience. Hotel Occupancy is reducing maybe as it is not upgraded, Lift was not working this time for 2 days. Moist Smell which is difficult to remove as less ventilation in common place. Simple hotel Value for money
